Our 2026 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving entrepreneurial insurance aggregator. We are an innovative full-service technology enabled program administrator designed to streamline the program administration process. Launch Underwriter’s platform has been developed to attract best in class niche underwriting teams allowing entrepreneurial minded individuals to build their own programs without the necessary time or required capital needed when starting from scratch.
We are looking for interns who are ready to roll up their sleeves and assist our Finance, IT, HR and Strategic Planning teams in a fast-paced environment. Your main tasks will include research, data analysis, and report writing. If you are ready to dive into the insurance world, this internship is for you.
We are looking for:
- Collaborative and inquisitive individuals primarily from academic backgrounds in analytic to business management programs.
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Monday-Thursday in office)
Compensation: $25 per hour
You will:
- Learn about our business model, client partnerships, and the inner workings of a program administrator. While your internship is anchored within a specific department, you will rotate to other areas as well. The opportunity to be part of a small, fast-growing business means you’ll have visibility into how other teams operate and collaborate.
- You will complete one major deliverable aligned with your assigned team, ending with a presentation and Q&A with your colleagues and senior management.
- You will participate in learning sessions, informal coffee get-togethers and external networking events helping you to build meaningful connections with industry professionals and peers.
