Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: June 2nd – August 10th, 2025

Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid/Onsite

Compensation: $20–25 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Intern to join our team for the summer. This role provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, operations, and process improvement within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to apply problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and operational process enhancements.
• Apply accounting knowledge to support key business functions.
• Conduct research and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with colleagues in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiencies.
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Financial Accounting (must have completed an initial Financial Accounting course).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

 Preferred Technology Experience:

• Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Salesforce
• SharePoint
