Mr. Bustamante has had a distinguished career in the construction professional industry since the mid-1980s and is the originator of protective concepts that have evolved into industry-leading products widely adopted by owners and contractors. Throughout his career, he has been a relentless advocate for his insureds, driving continuous product enhancements that have contributed to the success of numerous enterprises.
A recognized thought leader in the field, Mr. Bustamante is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and a published author of numerous articles, further solidifying his expertise. Fluent in Spanish, he is also an avid traveler and soccer enthusiast.
Mr. Bustamante holds a B.A. in International Economics and International Studies from Valparaiso University. He resides in Florida with his wife and is a proud father of two daughters and grandfather to three grandchildren.

Mr. O’Brien is an industry veteran and environmental professional with over 30 years of experience in managing environmental risk and protecting insureds’ assets. He has consistently leveraged his extensive knowledge of environmental risk alongside his engineering background to develop innovative solutions in the industry.
Mr. O’Brien served as President of AIG Environmental, where he successfully expanded the environmental business to $1.5 billion. He is also the creator of Ironshore Environmental (now part of Liberty Mutual) and Ascot Environmental, both of which have significantly shaped the environmental insurance market.
A frequent expert panelist at industry, legal, and collegiate conferences, Mr. O’Brien is dedicated to growing a profitable business while also nurturing the next generation of underwriters. Outside of his professional life, he is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and a committed family man.
Mr. O’Brien is a proud graduate of Villanova’s College of Engineering.
